Misbehavior that requires immediate intervention by the staff member who is supervising the student or observes the misbehavior:

Repeat Violation of Level Two Misbehaviors Report is filed with the Principal Parent Conference
The Principal investigates the infraction with teacher filing report and Initiates Disciplinary Action Out-of-School Suspension
Principal Meets with the Teacher and Student and Notifies the Parents of the Misbehavior and Resulting Disciplinary Action Referral to Outside Agency
An Accurate Record of the Misbehavior and Disciplinary Action Is Maintained By the Principal Charges Filed with District Magistrate
Police Notification
Possible Expulsion
